"checked in at 15:06 room not available until 15:30. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Back missing off tv remote. Door sticks with what looks like pry marks on the outside of door. "The property is in a great location for the show we were seeing at the Location music hall. The only downfall with the area around the hotel is the homeless people and their drug use right on the streets of London. It's like this everywhere downtown London. The Hotel itself is very secure and the farmers market and parking is right across the street."
