"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"

"In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us."

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "We rented the lower apartment. Visited family and the Falls. No problems with arrivals at the apartment. It was clean and updated. The kitchen has everything in it, if you want to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Enough places to have some good food or a coffee downtown North Tonawanda."

"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

We don't look for a lot of frills as we basically only use the room to sleep; beds are comfortable which is also important. "
