"What a cozy, comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Had everything we needed and well displayed maps, points of interest and eateries. Lots within walking distance. Very thorough instructions for the stay. Wonderful patio so cute and relaxing for morning coffee and after a day of running around. Private hot tub was awesome. Didn't have to drive far for anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend."

"Having stayed at three different Holiday Inn Express hotels in Asheville/western NC within five days, I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore. The facility was much nicer than usual, having a very large lobby with an indoor/outdoor pool. The room was very clean. My only complaint was that the old style bathtub was very slippery, and there was no bath mat. That kind of safety oversight is serious by my standard. "My room was extremely clean and well-appointed with a larger than average mini-fridge, clean microwave, newer coffee pot and a newer model large flatscreen t.v. conveniently mounted across from the bed. Speaking of the bed! It was a very comfy pillow top queen set with crisp clean sheets and a HUGE oversized warm. The water pressure was amazing and stayed hot as long as I showered. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip through Asheville! "
