Clean, friendly and great location
"I picked The Strand as a shot in the dark. I was delayed in Chicago for 24 hours and my companions were delayed even longer. I called from the airport and spoke with Kajal. She was so kind and helpful. Every time I spoke with her, she was always very helpful."
"Great location. We attended the Chelsea Flower Show, visited museums in the area and did some shopping. Tube to Westminster area was a short walk then four stops."
"This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
