There were 2 issues that preventing me from rating all criteria “excellent”. The first that the bathroom only had 2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door. These hooks were in use by the hotel supplied bathrobe and hanging hair dryer. There was nowhere to hang a hand towel or any other towels once used. The second item was the noise at night. We stayed for 3 nights in room 310\. The first two nights noise was not an issue. The third night, which was a Saturday night, the sound of voices and laughter was very loud from below. I think it was from the Dubliner bar.
