The dining table had some caked on food which made me question the overall cleanliness but bathroom, flooring, kitchenette bedding were all clean so I’m chalking it up to a quick wipe to a seemingly clean surface. I appreciated the coffee tea, etc. and access to additional items if needed. We did not need them but they were placed in a very obvious space and again very easily accessible to anyone who needed or required additional items. I did it also appreciate that they put earplugs at the bedside However we did not need them It was a nice and thoughtful touch. The bed was very comfortable and once we got into the building, it was very easy to navigate. I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others. We did lock out with some parking, however, there w was no on-site parking, so I’m going to say that at busier times this may be an issue for people to find parking again it was not hard for us. We were just around the corner from the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay at our apt. It's tucked away from the main road and was quiet yet convenient to walk to tourist attractions, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and many restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the building which we used several times. The apt was clean and spacious, a good size for two people. Would stay again next time in DC!

I appreciate 24-hour support and the response rate is amazing. On room cleaning, clients should have access to hovers for cleaning their rooms if it cannot be built into the package.

Deck steps were a little dirty but otherwise quiet and off the main street. For the price I prefer at least one human around, and liquid creamer rather than the cheap powdered kind. A recycling container would be nice too.

Easy access to 2 different Metro stops, about 10-15 minute walk. Near Navy Yard so a lot of Marines in the area, felt safe. Didn’t go out at night so not sure of area in the dark but definitely felt safe during the day. I would stay there again.

The place is near transportation, so you don’t need a car to commute or go out. On the dark side, although it is a non-smoking building, marijuana smell was a usual feature during our stay. I think management should improve their surveillance on the passengers.
