"I've stay at this hotel often when in town and I give it a 5 star rating, but this particular time was rough. It was over the Christmas holiday and I am in town visiting family. When I checked into the room I was shocked it was not cleaned. Sink full of dishes and counter had clean materials on it and oven was greasy.
