Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Topazz and Lamee. We stayed in Lamee and the room was absolutely beautiful. Very comfy bed and the best shower I’ve ever used. The staff were lovely and so welcoming. Location is incredible too, lovely quick walk to lots of the tourist locations we wanted to visit, about 2 minutes to St Stephen’s Cathedral. The roof top bar was lovely too with an amazing view of Vienna lit up at night. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

Very very dusty room. But otherwise clean. Bathroom is big and shower is good with hot water. Ac is just okay, had to open the windows. Oh and our phone did not work. Staff is nice and helpful.

Hotel Topazz & Lamée is in a fantastic location, and our room was fabulous, very spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a great view of the city. My only complaint was the elevator, which was extremely slow. Luckily, we were on the second floor and could easily take the stairs, because the wait was often so long that we eventually gave up on using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Unprofessional behaviour from the reception desk staff. Male staff weirdly talking to my young daughter asking questions about her age, where she lives and insisting on hand shaking even though she denied and didn't want to do so. He made her very comfortable.

We were so relax , 2 minutes to the Cathedral and close to every interesting thing. The room is big the shower and bath are amazing and the rooftop is beautiful.. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Vienna. Expedia is always giving to me either the best options ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We checked into the hotel and found carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. There were pills left and napkins from previous guests on the carpet along with hair scrunchie. We also had problems with getting into our rooms. The key card kept needing to be replaced. One night, the night staff took 25mins to let us into our room as he was having difficulties with setting up the card. Overall, the location is great, the roof top bar was nice and the restaurant Le Burger next to the Hotel had great burgers.
