Very well located as it is a short walk to Stephansplatz and the underground stations. Whilst the road is generally quiet we were disturbed early mornings on several occasions with loud banging etc - maybe refuse collection. The Hotel does provide an eye mask and ear plugs which I then took advantage of as I am a light sleeper. Secondary glazing with built in black out blinds would be a game changer . Unfortunately there was an issue with hot water during our stay however this was fixed in time for a wonderful hot shower on our last morning! We didn’t sample breakfast or any other facilities the Hotel may have offered. Should we return to Vienna in the future I would reconsider booking this Hotel as we found it to be clean, the staff were helpful and it is perfectly located.

The area is definitely the main plus regarding this hotel if you want or have to be very close to the center. The main problem we had with this place is cold shower on several occasions. When addresed with the stuff he shraged and said something in effect of " it's terrible... There's nothing I can do about it". The breakfast is very basic. For the money I would get a hotel a bit away from the center with the quick subway right to anywhere you need to go there's no need to sleep in the middle of it all

The entrance looks more like an apartment building and not like a hotel. So the check in area is deceptive, the one person staff almost around the clock are very nice, quite efficient and ready to help. The room was large and comfortable with a nice nespresso machine. The location is in the center of the old town, 2 min walk to st Stephen’s.
