The best thing about our stay was the staff, extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! We made use of some of the facilities like the sauna and laundry which was a nice bonus. The room itself was fairly dated but very clean.

10 minute walk from many cafes and restaurant, right by the river, easy 15 minute walk to old town. Staff so friendly and easy to understand/communicate with! Spacious room with kitchenette, very clean :) we loved our stay!

Great location for sightseeing in vienna. Clean and easy to find. Room had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Like other reviews the only thing that we noticed was the warmth of the room but still a good stay.

The bed was comfortable and the front staff were very helpful. This property is in a 'quiet' area of the city center so we had to walk a bit to our destinations. The toilet area in the bathrooms was a little snug. Overall i would stay here again.

Brilliant city centre vacation
Outstanding aparthotel,excellent check In service and helpful desk staff for directions.Very clean apartment with a good range of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen.Soap etc supplied.Very central for all modes of transport but you can walk to 99%of places In Vienna from the hotel.

Not as expensive as we thought shoppers paradise.
We had a great time. The hotel was very nice and modern, the studio room we had was quite spacious with a small kitchen area with a large fridge, two ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the required kitchen utensils. A decent size bathroom with an over bath shower. The staff were nice and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which we were very gratefull for. The hotel is in a great place. It's literally ten minutes walk to the centre of vienna which is an amazing place for food and shopping..It wasn' as expensive as we expected either, quite similar to the uk maybe a little cheaper. We'd highly reccommend and would love to go back. 3 nights seemed to be the perfect amount of time.

Shower didn't drain which flooded the bathroom, consistent trouble entering the hotel late at night with key card issues on the main door, pillows are awful, not a very helpful male member of the staff when trying to simply purchase a bottle of water. There are better options in Vienna

Rooms a size of a closet , dark , broken shower
Room was dark and very small . Carpet outside of hall way was in really bad shape , the shower was broken . My wife and I couldn’t stay more than an hour and left to another hotel . Although front desk person was very nice , her boss / manger appeared angry and very in pleasant ! I don’t recommend this place at all ..

This hotel has everything you need to survive in the city of Vienna. Nice rooms, friendly staff (all spoke English), some basics like water and beer for purchase at the front desk. Our room had a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator and two burner stove. It is located close to the subway, old town Vienna, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other businesses. Room had good air conditioning. At under $200 Euros per night it is a great value for the location.
