My wife and I have stayed at the this Best Western hotel twice now. The staff were very kind and helpful. Location is very close to Victoria's main attractions and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and it is our go to hotel in Victoria now. What keeps us coming back is the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond. I told the staff we were there for my son’s 10th birthday celebration, and the next day, Brandon organized balloons and chocolate for him. Absolutely blown away and touched by this, as was my son! Thank you so very much!!! It’s things like this that brings us back. Shoutout to Steven who was always so smiley and helpful. Also so Great to have the Ruby there for breakfast. Most delicious breakfast we have had in town. Only complaint is the hair dryer- didn’t work and they didn’t have a spare. Hope they can address that because if hair dryers are advertised in the room, they should work. Or I would have brought my own. If you’re a women, you know this is actually a big deal!! Thank you again for an amazing stay! We will be back!

One thing that was kind of annoying was we drove to Victoria B.C. for a show. We arrived to the hotel to be told that my buddy's vehicle was too tall for valet parking when it doesnt say on the company website nor the booking website. Would probably be a good idea to clarify that if a vehicle is too tall you will have to figure it out rather than saying "parking available".
