"The house handled the 7 of us well. It was two grandparents, two parents and three kids ages 17, 15 and 11. It was a perfect location close to the beach area. It was literally a 3 minute walk to Venice Beach with all its action. Santa Monica was just a few miles up the road. We rented e-bikes and were up there in a flash. "Pros: Located centrally by the hub up of Venice beach, awesome. Private parking spot is a great bonus for the area. Large enough gatherings area for our group of six adults is good. Cons: Building is old and cold with security being questionable due to old windows can't be closed and locked. Drafty old house, doors and windows with no seals and does no longer close securely due to age, along with the heater not properly functioning for the first day. There were cockroaches in the kitchen."

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...
