"Lovely hotel, lovely staff"

"Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the layout of our room very much. Staff called us at 930pm telling us to make our kids be quiet when they had actually been in bed for over an hour. They didn’t inquire whether our kids were awake or what we were doing they instead accused us of Being loud and said “get ahold Of your situation”. It was very offputting. Then my husband stepped out of the room and the staff were outside our door listening. It was weird and uncomfortable."

"Location is excellent for restaurants and amenities. Rooms are clean and roomy. We had a deck that over looked the harbour and city lights . Had brunch in the restaurant downstairs the following day and it was excellent."

"Great stay for a quick vacay in Vancouver. From check in to check out, the staff was nothing but helpful and polite. We had a very clean and spacious room that would have been serviced everyday, although we didn't want that. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool almost everyday, although it rained all the time (but it's fine if you're sitting in the hot tub). "Beautiful hotel and room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the river. Room was very quiet. Long Boardwalk beside the river with stores and restaurants. Across the road from the train station. If you're driving, be sure to take the 3rd avenue bridge over the train tracks. Short drive north of the city takes you to Belcarra park which has some beautiful trails."
