"We had a very nice 6-day stay here. Great hosts, great hospitality. Wish we took a picture of our breakfasts--very tasty and healthy. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. "Traffic being nearby the freeway and streets was loud, all night I woke up every two hours, maybe dampen the exterior ambient sounds better, dual pane windows or sound absorption, I was on the 5th floor, don't know how better or worse it is on other floors.
