"The two lady receptionists were very helpful, e.g.: asked how my room was, then fixed the problem of the air-conditioning, though it took 2 goes; quickly offering coffee as needed; helped ordering transport to the airport, coming out to where I was waiting in the next street, to say the car was stuck in traffic, then waited with me until he arrived. The balcony was pleasant but too busy sightseeing to use it."

"This is a very unique place to stay in the heart of downtown Valletta. Great walk ability to the restaurants and shops. A great view of the port. We were lucky enough to be there for the fireworks. You couldn’t ask for a better view. The staff were beyond helpful. It is an old hotel but they have maintained it very well."

"Nice apartment just outside the busiest area of Valletta. All within walking distance of Valletta's main sites. Spacious apartment with bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. Nice shared rooftop terrace with small jet-tub. However, there is no reception and we didn't have any housekeeping/cleaning for the 7 nights we were there, but we did receive some fresh towels towards the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The whole experience was chaotic, from not being able to reach the apartment agents on any telephone numbers, to declining an airport transfer which then showed up anyway and a complete change (downgrade) of property. Having sorted out the issue of not paying for the transfer that was undoubtedly declined twice, we were then told the apartment we booked wasn't available. "Ejeren ligger ikke de rigtigt billeder op af lejligheden, samt det sted de viser på kortet er ikke det samme sted som lejligheden ligger. Der er ingen tryk på vandet, så det er helt umuligt og lave maden i lejligheden. Der er ingen balkon, det er en lille knap man kan stå på. Prisen er alt for høj i forhold til lejligheden. Man skal også være opmærksom på, at man skal betale for strøm, det stå ingen steder."
