"The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!"

"There were six of us on the property, and we were so welcomed with a lot of amenities. We’ve felt totally at home from the moment we walked in the door. There were deer to watch, beautiful mountains, gorgeous landscape. It is isolated and restful we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! "This was my first stay at the apartment (previously we had additional guests and stayed at the house on the property) and EVERYTHING was as meticulously considered, cleaned and detailed to ensure the owner's guests felt right at home. And while the location is perfectly situated to walking into downtown Larkspur - it is soo comfortable and inviting - you won't want to leave the comfort of the accommodations or the beauty of the grounds!"

"This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again."

"We stayed for three nights in this lovely home. The landscaping is unbelievable and the pool, hot tub, outdoor facilities, really amazing. As a sidenote, you need to be aware that you’re truly sharing space with the owners by staying there, which was OK because she was lovely and informative. But if you’re looking for privacy, this may not be the best choice for you. Beautiful quaint house. Enjoy."
