We stayed for three nights and had a nice breakfast at the hotel. Our room was a nice size as we were carrying medium sized bags. A large desk and tall wardrobe was suitable to use. Our room is very clean and the windows open wide for enough ventilation. Our ensuite bathroom is decent and spacious. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a good choice. Main bus stops were a short walking distance and some bus routes are very frequent. The only criticism is that the TV could have been fixed to the large wall and a few bonus shelving units would have been ideal. Overall I recommend this neat hotel!

This hotel was easy to get to by car and the check in was smooth. The bar is small but the prices are really reasonable. The hotel was clean and tidy and is secure with being in the university grounds. Only negatives were that we only had 1 cup in our room for two people and only one large and medium towel. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the tube but there is a busy stop not far from the hotel that takes you into Uxbridge centre. The transport links from the centre back to the hotel late at night are difficult to navigate so just be mindful that the centre is a bit of a walk.

Check-in didn't start well but eventually all was sorted. Room very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Location is not the best unless you have business at the University. No dining options close by. Good breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The staff was helpful from the first day we arrived. We were able to put our bags in a safe area because we got there early, which was helpful. We were always greeted, and most of the area was well-maintained. However, I did give it 4/5 stars because the shower ceiling looked like it was starting to grow mold, and the shower curtain didn't hold anything in, so the floor kept getting wet, which was irritating. Again, though, very friendly staff.

Room was small. Hard to pull chair out from desk without hitting bed. Walls need touch up painting. Free breakfast was only for one of the two of us. No air conditioning. Room was very hot. Our room was above the outside picnic area. People were outside drinking— very loud, so we could not keep the window open. Could not get hot water. Knob on sink for hot water was stuck. Pictures on website look much better than our actual room. This was a former dorm room and is used mainly for campus visitors. Room was clean. Staff was very quick with check in. Parking was ok. Breakfast was good.
