"Very rude front desk staff. Maintenance service call was ignored. Water leaking into inside hallway from outside rainstorm. No backup generator during power outage."

"The room with amenities was excellent, although it could be slightly more spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The location is fantastic, offering a variety of dining options and being conveniently close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"On my next trip to Bangladesh I’m staying here again. Grate location, extremely close to the airport. The only negative thing to say is that Gym is somewhat of a joke. I’m 6,2 and I touched the ceiling with my forearm. The equipment was not working properly. If they can fix that, this place is awesome. "

"The White Palace Hotel is great for a weekend escape. I had a fantastic time there. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. I believe it's a wonderful place for anyone to stay!"
