“The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. “This is by any definition a magnificent property and it it is so beautiful and so well managed that any criticisms feel like nit picking. The staff cannot do enough, the rooms a lovely and the property itself is unforgettable. The only complaint is that the rooms are exceedingly dark and they would do well to either provide higher wattage bulbs or install reading lights on the beds. ”

“The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.”

“Charming and very comfortable place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff - my wife is coeliac and they ensured there were options for her at breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good quality. Strawberries and biscuits in the room on arrival were a nice touch.
