"Floor was very dirty. You could walk across the floor & your socks would be dirty on the bottoms. My daughter stepped on a rock in the room. You could tell the floor hadnt been mopped in awhile. Evidently not swept either. Dried food on the area in front of the TV. "

"The front area very nice with fountain..Nice bar area but wasn't opened..Didnt like that one elevator out of order and the only one running had an issue with the breaker..The stairways on lead to the outside and you can not use to enter different floors if elevator is shut down youd be SOL..kind of nervevoous ..Pool water not as heated and the Air colder in the pool area..Pool area was not kept up wet towels all over the ground and had to call the front lobby for them to replace with clean...
