"The owner is a young person trying to make a go of it, but he is not ready - not is the property. We had to leave at 11:00 PM and find another place to stay. The overall cleanliness is lacking. The place is dirty (not overly disgusting). Then you need to do things like lean into the door when you want to open it - or the lock won't work. As we didn't feel it was on us to do a walk through when we checked in, we found there was no soap in the bathroom when we went to use it, There were no sheets on the pillow when we went to lay down for a bit. Each time when we texted the owner did come up and put in soap. But then said pick out a few pillow covers - and we had to do house work and put them on ourselves. (BTW - they had little stains on them) We went to plug in our chargers but outlets were not accesable near the sides of the bed, so I push the bed out from the wall a bit to plug them in, and there were holes in the wall behind the bed. When we were going to bed, there was no top sheet under the blanket... YUCK. Then at night the music from other people staying at the place was so loud, the walls SHOOK. It was not possible to sleep. I texted and the owner, he got back in about 20-minutes - not horrible, with an offer to move us to another room. But by then we were already packed and on the move to another place - as there was no way we (anyone) would be able to sleep there. We asked for a refund for our 2nd scheduled day - but got nothing - we did not ask for the 1st day. "

"We came back to Rochester for a short trip. This property is located great for local attractions and hopping on 104 and connecting beltline. Access was convenient and secure and unit was well furnished!"

"Nicely decorated quaint little place. Everything you need was provided. This is an apartment not a house so expect a little bit of neighbor noise. But other than that the stay was pleasant."
