Good place for a night. Immediate area is large road and entry/exit to train station. Rooms are well insulated to sound, but vibrations from track on 3rd floor for rooms against rails may impact light sleepers. Convenient to tourist area and easy to find.

This was such a nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and bathroom, all for an extremely reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again. Only a short walk to Old Town and the Cathedral.

Excellent location, value and breakfast! Perfect for our short trip to Ulm. The immediate surroundings aren’t beautiful but within five minutes’ walk you are in the old town or by the river. We will definitely return!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English, which helps for foreign travelers. The hotel is nicely placed near the train station, but very quiet even with trains nearby. I could not hear the trains at night.

A Stay Worth Remembering
Very impressed with the superb check-in. The room is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfy. I like the set up of the room - very user friendly with a nice window to the outside. The location is excellent as it is less than 10 mins walk to the Ulm Hbf and 10 mins walk to the city centre where the great Ulmer Munster is plus all the other picturesque scenes along the River Blau leading to the Danube river. Thank you once again for such a lovely stay at B&B Ulm.

Die Zimmer waren toll, neu, große Fenster, viel Licht; Speisesaal sehr modern, Frühstücksbüffet viel Auswahl; Lage zentral jedoch direkt am Bahnhof, deshalb etwas schmutzig und schwieriges Publikum auf der Zufahrtsstraße. Junges, nettes Personal, welches jedoch etwas geschult werden müsste im Umgang mit Diskussionen unter Gästen (Aufgabe des Managements).

Als ich ankam war mein erster Blick naja direkt am Bahnhof mal schauen was wird… Hatte extra eher angerufen ob es eine Möglichkeit gäbe eher einzuchecken mir wurde gesagt wäre kein Problem hab mich drauf verlassen war leider nicht der Fall.Wurde erst freundlich aufgenommen mit einem netten Hallo von den zwei Damen als ich einchecken wollte fehlte leider davon alles und es wurde eher eine Diskussion… eher gesagt kam es mir so vor dass man mir unterstellt dass ich lügen würde dann wurde ich weggeschickt für 2,5 Stunden an einem Sonntag mit einer falschen Wegbeschreibung…Nachdem ich dann die Zeit todgeschlagen hab ich erstmal angerufen und gefragt und meine Freundin auch um zu schauen was uns gesagt wird… ihr wurde 15 Uhr gesagt als ich anrief hieß es vielleicht 15 Uhr oder 17 Uhr könnte man nicht sagen als ich dann bisschen sauer wurde weil dass nicht sein kann und ich nicht aus langweile eher Anreise wurde mir gesagt kommen sie zwischen 14/14:30 Uhr dann können wir mal schauen. Gesagt getan als ich wieder ankam war ein Mann an der Rezeption er war im Gegensatz zu den Frauen netter aber kam mir erst sehr verwirrt vor.Nach 5/6 min warten weil schon welche vor mir da waren und einchecken wollten kam ich ins Zimmer.Über das Zimmer kann ich nicht meckern und die Sauberkeit. Aussicht naja war der Bahnhof aber für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten…Ob ich es weiter empfehlen würde? Ja wenn man bockt hat nicht ernst genommen zu werden und wieder weggeschickt werden will.Nie Wieder
