Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire property, amenities and outdoor areas. This includes: Private pools, yoga palapa, rooftop cinema and bbq area, and a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Security is provided from 8:00pm to 6:00am. All LocoLuxury guests are also provided complimentary concierge services.

The Neighborhood:
Palacio Papaya is located in Region 15, Tulum's newest hotspot! Enjoy living close to the beach while still being in touch with nature. Located near La Veleta, the most vibrant part of Tulum, you'll enjoy easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars. Region 15 offers the perfect blend of beach proximity and natural tranquility.

Getting Around:
There are multiple ways of getting around Tulum. The following are our recommendations depending on your priorities and where you plan on exploring:

ATVs
- Fun & safe way of traveling anywhere in the city, ideal for the bumpy roads of Tulum
- Rental cost: ~$80.00 / day.

Car Rental
- Safest way to get around
- Not ideal for some of the unpaved roads in Tulum or the Beach / Hotel Zone
- Rental Cost: ~$80 - $200 (depending on the model)

Scooters
- Fastest means of transportation
- Not the safest choice but a fun experience
- Rental Cost: ~40$/day

Taxis
- Easy option but costly over time
- Cost of a 3 person taxi from the property to the beach zone: ~ $40

Please note: We will be happy to arrange ATV, car and scooter rentals as well as private chauffeur and taxis.
