Ensconced in historic downtown Tucson, this restored, two-story, Victorian manor built in 1903 accommodates 16 guests and is ideally located across the street from Armory Park.

Styled with sophisticated modern minimalism, splashes of elegance and classic architectural flair, this charmer has beautiful hardwood floors, original painted concrete tiles, two exquisite fireplaces, and hip furnishings.

The downstairs offers a formal entry way, a living and dining room, two bathrooms and a comfortable den with fireplace and wall mounted TV. The kitchen has a stainless appliance package including a 6-burner range. The bunk room is located off the kitchen and offers a private sleeping area for 7.

There are two wooden staircases to the upstairs which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two walk off balconies, and a lovely seating room.

The coach room is off the bunk area and a perfect place for entertainment!

Just walking distance to dozens of restaurants, this treasure is where hip meets history and classic meets character.

Beautiful venue for big groups
This property was beautiful and so nice for our stay. There were minor things that didn't work, like the lights in the courtyard. And due to the age of the property, the upstairs bathroom leaks into the downstairs bathroom. The water pressure is alright, but again these things are very minor. It is right across the street from a park with quite a few homeless people, but we didn't have any issues. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Beautiful historic home
We only stayed one night, and I understand We were the first guests. First the good stuff: beautiful mansion, very elegant. Kitchen well stocked with needed dishes, wine opener, etc, and they had coffee here, such a nice touch! Beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and main areas of town. The downside: no kitchen cloths/towels for clean up. Our daughter is in a WC, my mistake in not asking more questions, it is NOT WC accessible. As long as everyone is able bodied, no worries. There are many stairs, up to All private bedroom s. One staircase is very narrow, and there are steps down to the bunk area as well. There is a ramp from the sidewalk to the house, but still with stairs to get into the house. The front and back doors need the key to unlock, and we were only given one key. So it didn't feel safe to, in terms of getting out in an emergency, and with only one key between all of us while out. This would not have worked for a longer stay. One towel was put out on each bed (beds for 2), but after searching, we found the closet with more towels. The downstairs shower is quite small, and our (lovely) master shower upstairs leaked into the downstairs bathroom, so had to shut our shower off. There were a lot of us getting ready rapidly, to head to the airport, so this was unfortunate. I'm sure it's been fixed, and again, we were the first guests. I feel we should have had a discount due to all the bugs needing to be worked out, however. It is a Beautiful home. I would try it again with some minor changes, and without our daughter.
