"We had a wonderful place. The bungalow is lovely. The host thought of everything that we could possibly need. We were always well informed. The location is great- just above the bike trail. Wenrodwnoir bikes two days. Also, went to Cade’s Coce in Smokey Mountain National Pakr. Saw a momma bear & 2 cubs & the 3!other bears! Loved our stay"

"This cabin had everything we needed for a nice comfortable stay. The Townsend area offers less dining options, but the peaceful side has many perks. Getting in and out of GSMT is easy. Traffic is minimal. You’re closer to Maryville which has everything else you might need. We would definitely stay here again !"

"Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Nice little kitchen setup and the view from the deck cannot be beat! We are first timers to the Smokies and were very pleased overall. We didn't see any bears, my kids were disappointed. We didn't catch any fish in the fishing pond. We did catch lots of souvenirs, a full day of Dolly and a mountain coaster (Goats is the best one, IMO). The location was further from Pigeon Forge than I thought but after making the drive two or three times it didn't seem that long....

"I thought the Preserve had steep winding roads…this place took the cake but what fun to drive/ride! The cabin was exactly as pictured. Very clean and equipped with awesome amenities. The entire lower level was a fun zone built for good times! The decks are great and so big! What an amazing spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening nightcap. "We have been vacationing in the Smokies for 38 years and always stayed in cabins just north of Gatlinburg. This was the first time we stayed in Townsend, and was by far the best property and experience we've ever had. We stayed 2 weeks at the Little River Farmhouse and will always return. Our host Jennifer was extremely friendly, caring, and attentive. The property was wonderfully equipped, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very close to food, services and the national park. "I think check out t8me should be arond 11 or 12. When your on vacation, u come in from a day of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, your tired from that long day. So you try cramming the rest of the vacation in before checking out, you are going be slow moving in the morning. Other then thar, we will be returning customers. And the location and being next door to a store, having no privacy is an issue. We will use the same company Dogwood Cabins again , just not that particular one."

"This was our first time in the area. The condo was wonderful, well stocked, and clean. Would definitely stay there again. We had a slight issue getting into the unit. I reached out to the owner and she helped us. The only downside to the unit is the TV. There was no cable to watch live TV (World Series game to be exact). Be we survived.
