Second time back here and it’s just got everything you need for a week away. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the pool areas are clean and spacious. Great time as always

The entire property and grounds were always spotless and staff very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.. they accommodated my allergy (Coeliac-Gluten Free) excellently and always prepared my meal separately with multiple choice options - our family including our grandchildren loved every minute and we will be visiting again..

This hotel is Very crowded . The main lagoon swimming pool is too busy. Sunbeds are laid out, but you have to fight for space around the pool to place extra sunbeds. Most people give up and head to the beach over the road. For singles and couples looking for a quiet relaxing stay, I wouldn’t recommend. The rooms are great, but annoyingly the Safes in room are an optional extra. I wouldn’t stay again, too busy

I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep

Likes easy access to the beach and beach side restaurants. Disliked the noise from the bottle bins being emptied at 10.30pm. Liked that we could get an early breakfast. lovely swimming pool at the beach side of the hotel.

Family and Childen Hotel NO Adults Only Area

We came here twice last year April and September, the quiet sunbathing area at the front was Adults only which was great as that’s what we wanted. This year I’ve never see so many children and babies in this area, screaming, crying, running in between the beds while you’re trying relax.. and then the food area again full off families. There’s just no quiet area for Adults to relax and enjoy.

Average all-inclusive hotel

It was an okay all-inclusive hotel near the beach, we did the half pension with breakfast and one more meal. The rooms and everything else were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food were okay but not good. We visited during high season, and it was way too crowded everywhere. It is impossible to get a sunchair if you follow the rules and do not reserve one early in the morning. The location of the hotel was good.

It was ok

Hotel was clean we had a junior suite was nice and big separate room for kids had to get own sun beds out and there were none spare for the whole day bar staff not very friendly bar didn’t open until 11am by pool. Cup system is very strange need a token for a cup location is amazing right on the beach.

Familievennlig hotell

Vi bodde fem netter på hotellet. Totalt sett veldig fornøyd med hotellet, maten, servicen og renholdet. Hadde opprinnelig bestilt et tremannsrom, men ble anbefalt å oppgradere til familierom mot et tillegg i prisen. Resepsjonisten nærmest frarådet tremannsrommet, som egentlig bare er et tomannsrom pluss feltseng, og sa det ville bli trangt. Veldig glad vi oppgraderte til familierom, der hadde vi god plass. Stor dobbeltseng og dobbelt sovesofa i egen del av rommet med skyvedør. Lyst og fint rom med balkong ut mot bassenget. Litt harde senger, og sovesofa ikke super komfortabel, men helt greit. Litt slitt gulv på badet, ellers var alt i god stand og rent. Beliggenheten til hotellet er veldig bra i forhold til stranden, det er egen port med utgang rett mot stranden, og det er bare en liten gåtur til sentrum. Hyggelig å gå langs strandpromenaden, der det er butikker og restauranter. Hotellet virker veldig barne/familie-vennlig, med mye aktiviteter og underholdning for barn. Vi hørte underholdningen fra balkongen om kvelden, det var bare hyggelig. Stort og flott bassengområde som vi ikke benyttet, da vi foretrekker stranden. Stor og variert buffet-middag, varierte retter hver dag. Mye folk og litt kaotisk ved travleste tid i restauranten, men de ansatte gjorde en stor innsats og sørget for påfyll og rydding kontinuerlig. Frokost var litt enklere, helt ok. Veldig god service i resepsjonen og ansatte hilser hyggelig. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Tout d'abord la chambre donne sur une installation de ventilation, donc demande de changement de chambre, compliqué! L'hygiène de la chambre est douteuse, les draps de lit pas changé (seulement sur demande) encore oubli de remettre. des linges de toilette. au niveau de la piscine pas assez de transat.Cet endroit est pas un 4 étoiles. très cher pour les prestations. Nourriture moyenne. Pas de place par apport aux nombres de tourisme. Pas de photo disponible.
