"The only issues I have at this property was I had to get new key cards, for some reason my original from check in stopped working. And then the pool not being heated. The pool was extremely cold and that was a huge disappointment for my family and I. "

"All the staff from night shift front desk, house Man, Maintenance, housekeeping and morning staff were so friendly and kind. However everything was expensive though it is California "

"The staff is great, no problems there but the property is in need of upgrades and updating. As well, the hotel needs to be cleaner, there is dust and dirt along the walkways and in the elevator. Overall, the hotel feels safe and secure but isn't as clean as it should be. I'd stay there again because the price was better than most in the area and felt secure but it could be cleaner. "

"I had a nice stay. It was a weekend so there was noise but not excessive. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom was nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included in the shower in dispensers. Only drawback was there were no drawers to put your things away. There is a closet to hang things. I would return again."
