Good location. Room is spacious and clean. Water pressure of basin was very low though.

Great location. You are right beside the ferry to go to the Toronto Islands. Walkable area. Netflix and Amazon prime are on TVs so you can log into your account. Restaurant food is ok. I would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else as there is a long line each morning. Tim Hortons is directly across the street.

It was probably a really nice hotel at some point , back in 80’s? They must have stopped investing , maintaining or improving since then, and heavily rely on their location. The beddings had stains, towels were million years old, toiletries were same as in a 2 start hotel. There was a tray of dirty dishes on the floor next door when I checked in around 4pm , and the tray was still there when I checked out 11.30pm the next day. I wouldnt surprise if I hear insect stories at this hotel soon. Staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant were very friendly, and helpful. For the same value, there are much nicer hotels in the area. Dont fall for the brand in this case, or you will be disappointed.

Everything good with property. Did' not the like that Expedia increased price after I selected property and was filling out details. This will have us consider different options for searching hotels in future. Perhaps you should think was is the " Lifetime value" of a customer vs hacking for an additional $50. I know the answer apparently expedia does not!

Room-windows dirty. Couldn’t appreciate the view of the lake. Many areas in the room needed touch up paint. Housekeeper didn’t get to my room on the first day despite me being gone for about 3 hours. When I left she was about 3 doors down from my room and when I got back she was in the same area.

Loved how easy everything was when we arrived. Valet parked car, checked in and in our room in less than 30 mins. Short walk to dining options and Scotia bank center.

It was perfect for my one night stay after an awesome concert!!! Easy walk and very awesome experience at the hotel. My mom really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Wish I brought my bathing suit. It looked so relaxing!

It was the best hotel in Toronto, one of the best around the world. The view of the lake and access to the ferry boats, the St Lawrence Market, the entertainment district, was amazing.

It was a good stay at the hotel. Staff was really nice. I had a issue with a dirty washroom that was kind of annoying. I had to ask a few time to get the gross yellow marks of the ceiling above the tub. The stairs coming into the hotel are very sketchy and look like they never are swept. I was kinda disappointed that my corner room was not facing just the water like I was hoping for when I booked.

We had an excellent time! All the staff was lovely and kind. We were seeing a concert at the Scotiabank Arena and the location was very walkable and convenient.

check in was confusing, they ask you to do the online check in so its quick to get your keys when you arrive. I do the online check in only to wait in a huge line with others that did not do the online check in. what is the point of going through the steps if you are making me wait anyway
