This is a classic hotel that has been around for decades. The lobby is impressive, with vaulted ceilings and a huge portrait of King Edward dominating the scene. That said, the rooms are also large and have been renovated but some of the things you have come to expect, such as USB ports and Bluetooth connections aren't there. Feel the 19th Century vibe.

Wifi was complicated and took a lot of time to work. Forced to choose paying for wifi, but in the end it wasn't charged? Very confusing.

Hotel is beautiful. We had a fantastic stay. The staff were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This is an older property but well maintained. The air system in the room was quite loud. Large rooms. Beautiful lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

What’s not to like?? Beautiful well kept property with all the amenities (except pool). Doormen, concierge, and guest services were timely, helpful and attentive. Andrea & Felicia in the spa were great. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Toronto
