Excellent time spent. Room was clean, well lit, bathroom luxurious with hot water available, running faucets, and not dusty/filthy. Plethora of media/multimedia options available(Room Service, Mini Bar, Free Wifi, ability to Airplay/Cast media from your phone/device to the in room TV and local channels. Overwhelming amenities and facilities available for use. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and would definitely book another stay.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions. The room was clean and bed and linens were high quad comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Lovely building. Staff on front desk not always very helpful and could be a bit sharp. Room was great however looking tired. Pool was closed for our stay, not ideal for 5* hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice lobby and nice room -on the small side . . Scent in the lobby and room is overwhelming -hard to breathe and gives headaches!!! complained about it - they say they know but cannot do anything about it except open windows, if you’re Lucky to have one that opens in your room and freeze in Toronto’s winter weather . Lobby service super slow . . No coffee in the lobby in the AM 👎 No late check out 👎 Does not give you good value for the money
