The staff were genuinely friendly. From the front desk staff, to the dinning room serving staff who served you to the cleaning staff that you might encounter in the halls. It seems to be a happy place to work.

This hotel was chosen because of its relative closeness to the airport and the hotel shuttle service. However once we arrived at the airport , retrieved our baggage and went to the shuttle pick up point it took an additional 8 phone calls to the hotel to finally get a shuttle ride. Our wait was so long another shuttle driver for a different hotel came to us and called our hotel himself to say he had passed us 3 times waiting while he circled round picking up his hotels passengers. We didn’t get to our hotel till past midnight, no food available but told we could buy Ramen noodles. We waited over an hour for the shuttle for a 9 minute ride to the hotel. When we got here there were 2 additional shuttles parked in front of the lobby. This experience soured the entirety of our stay. We will not be using this hotel in the future.

Staff is very friendly. Only issue was my room was facing a busy traffic street and all I could hear was trucks all night. If considering this hotel get a room in the back.

Pros: Very comfy. The beds were so comfortable, especially after a long day of travel. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Cons: Far from the Toronto Airport. Very Limited Transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is in an Industrial part of town. You can hear everything in the hallway. The walls are very thin.

I stayed for one night. Check-in process was fast and Staff were nice and helpful. They have cafe in the lobby that was good. The room and facilities are clean. Free parking was available. Ther was security guard as well to make sure the lot was safe. I had a wonderful experience and would defiantly recommend staying at this property. Also close to the airport and they provide transportation.

Hallway smelled of dog and room smells like cigarettes. Was placed beside a stairwell and could hear what sounded like a door swaying open and closed. Called the front desk about the issue multiple times. They would place me on hold for 15 minutes plus and didn’t bother looking into the issue.

As you know we have a smoke free building and some guests just don't understand. We would like to extend our apologies for the delay and lack of resolution when you reached out to our front desk regarding these issues. In response to your concerns, we had offered to relocate you to a different room to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Unfortunately, we understand that you declined this offer. Nevertheless, please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously and will address the issues you encountered to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Once again, we apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay.
