Great location if using London City Airport and a good alternative to staying at the expensive hotels closer ti the Excel. Roons were roomy beds very comfortable Staff were wo derful welcoming efficient and friendly.12.00 noon checkout was great!!!"

"Lovely hotel and the staff were very polite and friendly. Bedroom was really nice.thebed was comfy and i liked that you could control the heating and lighting from the tv remote control. Fridge in room was very handy. The bathroom was ok, quite small. There was mould on the grout along the bottom of the window and the grouting in the shower could be doing with re grouting. The shower cubicle would be better if replaced if they cannot get the mould along the bottom sorted as it didn't look good....

"Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area."
