“The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again”

“We had trouble getting lock box open. The rugs we picked up because I have four family members have trouble walking. There was huge cobwebs in both bathroom right across from toilet almost. One chair missing screw. Lots of bugs. A recliner would be helpful for people almost 90 hard for them get up. I don’t mean to complain but true”

“We had an amazing stay at this property! We selected the location due to the proximity of the Cedar Mills marina for a Striper fishing trip. We fished all morning and enjoyed the home all Saturday afternoon & night. We had a fire in the pit and just sat around, talked and listened to all the sounds of nature!
