Everything on my experience is fine with this good price. The only thing that is a little sad is the soundproof is not that good, if you’re scared by passing cars, you will be sad. But it’s very good place to stay for good price and experience.

I had a great stay the office personnel they were very helpful the only problem I had was in the business center the printer without being so I couldn't print up the document I needed but it was very nice clean room big I enjoyed my stay. All staff was super awesome very friendly very kind very helpful we'll stay again.

We had to take all of luggage, shoes and everything and put it in car because there were so many ROACHES!!! We didn't sleep a wink and didn't even think about exploring the breakfast. Very disappointing!

It wasn't as nice as the other quality inn I stayed at in Waco. The room in Clute was very small compared to Waco quality inn, and it wasn't as clean as I think it should have been. The charge for incidentals that they say is refunded to you, That's a lie.

(If I could give it less than 1 star, I would) Never in my life have I arrived at such a disgusting and unsafe place. We arrived late at night, around 11 pm, exhausted after a long trip, and the first thing we saw was a man lying on the ground, visibly drunk, urinating near the entrance of a nearby room. There were also people smoking and drinking alcohol right at the doors, creating a completely inappropriate environment for families. This place does not feel safe at all and is definitely not somewhere to stay with children or for a family trip. A terrible experience I would not recommend under any circumstances.

The room was nice the AC worked great the shower was amazing. The water pressure was strong which is great because I have thick hair and plenty of hot water. King size bed was so comfortable. If your looking for a good night sleep that is affordable this is your place. We will definitely be back to stay again. I didn't get her name but the lady that was working the counter when we checked in and out was really nice and listened to me ramble on about how great everything was and sold me one of their pillows.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay. Older hotel but very clean. We have stayed here about 3 years ago & came back because it had a great breakfast. Not anymore. Their hot breakfast used to consist of eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits. Now it is toast, bagels & a waffle machine. But otherwise a decent place to stay.
