This hotel is located in the center of a maza of freeway on and off ramps. From the outside it is not bad looking, but once you enter the lobby, it reminds you of a prison rather than a hotel lobby. There are a few cheap looking tables and chairs where breakfast is apparently served. The advertising promised a restaurant, bar and room service. When the desk clerk was asked about this, he said the room service and restaurant meals could be obtained by ordering fast food and having it delivered. The desk clerk gave a photo copy of a map and drew a route to our room. The entrance he specified turned out to be a black iron prison type gate labled “emergency exit only.” After wandering around up and down stairs we finally found our room. It was a very long and dark prison cell type room with a lavatory at the end and a tiny bathroom not large enough to turn around in. I immediately took the keys to the front desk and told the desk clerk the structure was too depressing to stay for even one night. We found another room down the road which was very nice for less money. I will be askíng Expedia for a full credit for subjecting us to this fiasco.

They should clean better, the carpets are super dirty, the reception is very nice but the rooms not so much. I had to ask several times to clean the room, there is a guy at reception not very friendly let's say.

Staff was fine, the young lady at night and the young man in morning, sorry I can't mention names, helped me get into a handicap room the next day. Rooms were clean. But if your handicapped, parking is terrible, only one space in certain areas and if you don't get there early you have to park far away, and that makes it VERY hard trying to get to your room. If you book a reservation through third party (Expedia) make sure you call the property, to verify you get the correct room. My first night was very difficult! I was VERY disappointed in the way my reservation was taken care of.

Free breakfast didnt come with expedia booking. Housekeeping never came during my 3 night stay. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced as it was well worn and stained. Other than that it was a nice safe property.

I had been staying before at the holiday inn hotels and it’s the first time that the rooms were outside and different buildings it feels like I was going to stay in at apartment. At the beginning was kind of confusing. The elevator was not working, but oh well we deal with that.

The front desk was nice and helpful, but one of the bartenders was rude . the guy working the front desk was so nice and helpful even gave me a map of the layout so we would know where to and where everything was on the property! Thank you !

Excellent location, easy on and easy off I-10, both directions, follow the detour signs due to construction on the interstate. Staff is awesome, friendly and eager to help with directions and give a detailed map of the premises.

The property was nice and clean. Jacuzzi and pool were great. The only bad thing was the lobby had way too much perfume smell. It made me sick even being in there so we didn’t go to the bar or go inside to eat. The fragrance they were using is WAY too strong.
