LA BAIA HOUSE - ELEGANT HOUSE WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON THE BEACH OF FOXI MANNA

The Baia House , overlooking the whole of the Foxi Manna Bay, is the ideal accommodation for groups up to 8 people, even better for two families who want to spend their holidays together without giving up space and comfort. The house is whole new, provided with taste and elegance, without sacrificing the functionality of all spaces.
In fact, the villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea and 2 more double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds in the basement, 2 bathrooms of which 1 ground floor and 1 in the basement and a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob coffee maker, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms in the basement do not have a garden or the sea view, but still have large windows that allow the rooms to be bright and airy. From the living-dining room you can instead enjoy a breathtaking view from
stained glass, you will feel like touching the sea with a finger!!!
A shaded outdoor veranda with table and chairs for lunch and a second covered terrace equipped with a sink and a wood and gas barbecue for beautiful evening dinners with the moonlight over the sea.
Free wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
But the plus of this property is the magnificent swimming pool for exclusive use which creates continuity with the sea thanks to its view of the bay. Outdoor shower for the pool, deck chairs and garden furniture.
Sheets and household linen included in the price.
Cost of final cleaning € 100. Possibility to have a cleaning lady on request, also during the week, at an additional cost of € 15.00 per hour. Very discreet and reserved gardener for garden and pool cleaning and maintenance (included in the rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden for them to enter the pool to avoid damaging the pool engine.

Excellent property for group of 6 adults- very quiet area -so if looking for buzzing nightlife try nearer to Cagliari- if like us you want relative peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with all basic needs catered for (shops, restaurants bars etc) this is the place for you- the busy city of Cagliari is about an hours drive away. Excellent beach with clean safe bathing very close by- property was well maintained and in very good order- highly recommended 5*

Stunning Villa!
Stunning Villa with breathtaking views of Foxi Manna beach and beyond. Villa was exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. Fabulous garden with an abundance of beautiful plants. The infinity pool had amazing views across the bay. The nearest beach Foxi Manna was simply stunning. Communication with Maria was good 😊 There were 6 adults and 2 children in our family group and we all had an amazing holiday!

What a fantastic villa! Everything was so well equipped and the views were incredible. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous views
Had a wonderful holiday at La Baia House. Could look at the view forever. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and modern. Excellent communication with property manager. Wifi didn’t really work downstairs in the basement bedrooms (which were lovely and cool temperatures) but it was only the teens that noted this! All in all thoroughly recommended and we hope to return one day.

Fantastic Villa for our large family vacation - it really is as good as shown in the listing photos
This was a holiday rental for our large grown up family (7 adults ranging 21 to 60) & one infant. It did not disappoint in terms of the quality of the villa, which really is as good as described & shown in listing. It should be noted that the location is somewhat isolated (a car is essential) and there is some building work on-going above & below the villa .. but the isolation suited us in some respects & the building work did not interfere with our enjoyment. You need to be prepared to travel some way to the nearest town & for the best restaurants. But the beach is close but and has a nice beach bar for simple meals .. and good cocktails. I must mention the excellent host Maria who was verve helpful; we are most grateful to her. She responded promptly to any queries prior to & during our stay .. thank you also for her restaurant recommendations - Sam Omu in Tertenia is an excellent restaurant tucked away in one of the narrow streets.

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubendem Ausblick
Perfekt gepflegter Garten und Poolbereich, wunderschöner Grill/-Essbereich mit tollem Blick, enorme Aussicht, hochwertige und umfassende Ausstattung. Toller Strand in gehweite. Leider viele Baustellen ringsrum bei denen zum Glück niemand gearbeitet hat. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr ruhig in dem Ort.

Eigentlich superschön aber leider mit sehr viel Baulärm
wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2023 da. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist wirklich ein Traum, Innen sowohl als auch die Außenanlage. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang inmitten von vielen Baustelllen, was aus der Beschreibung des Objektes jedoch nicht hervorgeht. Wir sind am Samstag angereist und haben die Aussicht und dir Ruhe sehr genossen. Am Montag dann ging der Baulärm los. Es wurde gehämmert, gebohrt und geflext. An Ruhe am Pool war nicht zu denken. Das hat unseren Urlaub und den Erholungswert doch sehr gestört. Aufgrund des doch sehr hohen Preises für diese 2 Wochen, von denen wir uns Ruhe und Erholung versprochen hatten, baten wir den Vermieter um Rückzahlung eines Teiles der Kosten. Dieser war jedoch trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme zu keinem Kompromiss bereit. Das fanden wir doch ziemlich enttäuschend.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool ist toll, die Grillterasse super und der Blick aufs mehr traumhaft. Drum herum sind viele Baustellen, es wird dort aber nicht gearbeitet. Man fährt über einen Feldweg hoch zum Haus (Hanglage) . Die Umgebung ist etwas verlassen, es gibt Supermarkt, eine Restaurant mit Pizza sonst nix. Von Olbia sind es 3,5 St., die Straßen sehr kurvig. Der Strand ist ok. Wir sind immer zu Strand Cea oder Costa Rei gefahren, da sind auch Restaurant und es ist mehr touristisch. Also, sehr schön, aber sehr ruhig.

Wegbeschreibung könnte besser sein. Bzw unser Navi hat es nicht gefunden. Vielleicht auch noch eine grobe Beschreibung per Email. Haus und Ausstattung echt top. Pool und Aussicht aufs Meer auch. Man konnte gut zum Strand laufen. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Sonst ist die Lage eher ruhiger und abgelegen. Würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Erholen.
Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und schönem Pool. Wir waren Ende Oktober auf Sardinien, dadurch war schon alles im Winterschlaf. Man musste ein bisschen nach einem Supermarkt oder einem Restaurant suchen und auch ein bisschen mit dem Auto fahren. Aber das haben wir gern in Kauf genommen. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub.

A tutto relax!!
La casa è molto curata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i confort. Bellissimi gli esterni: immersi nella piscina, si può godere della magnifica vista sulla baia…la sera poi è possibile sentire il suono delle onde. Ciliegina sulla torta la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Maria e del suo staff….Decisamente consigliato 😍 Alla prossima!!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt über moderne Geräte, welche tadellos funktionierten. Hin und wieder musste der Reset-Knopf des Durchlauferhitzers für das Warmeasser aktiviert werden, was aber nicht weiter störend war. Die Vermieterin vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und hat auf allfällige Fragen unsererseits umgehend geantwortet. Die Umgebung und der Pool sind sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren 8 Personen und es hatte ausreichend Platz. Das Objekt können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Luxuriös, sehr gepflegt und ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel
Wir (zwei Pärchen, zwischen 30-38 J.) waren 8 Tage Ende Mai/Anfang Juni vor Ort. Von der Ankunft, zwischenzeitliche Kommunikation und Abreise hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Waschmaschine, Außendusche für den Pool, Wäscheleine, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Liegen, Loungesessel, Sonnenschirm… alles da. Vor allem gab es im Untergeschoss hochwertige Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern! Die Küche ist ebenfalls super ausgestattet und ein großer Gasgrill ist vor Ort. Der gepflegte Garten und Pool (wurde bei uns 2x gereinigt) lud zum verweilen ein, vor allem aber wegen dem traumhaften Ausblick! Zwischendurch hatten wir Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, aber die Gastgeberin war bemüht dieses Problem zügig zu beheben. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel. Es gibt zwei „Straßen“ die dort hinführen. Beim ersten Mal haben wir die erste bzw. falsche genommen. Die zweite (wo das Haus auch ausgeschildert ist) ist definitiv die bessere Wahl! Beide sind aber nicht gepflastert und wir würden sie eher als Off-road bezeichnen. Auf dem Hügel waren wir fast alleine. In unserer Straße waren noch FeWos, ansonsten sind aber eher viele Baustellen/Bauruinen um das Haus herum. Wobei der Ausblick davon nicht gestört wurde. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, das es dort nichts gibt. Wir haben es genossen, die Ruhe tat gut und vor allem waren wir auch zu viert. Der Ort selbst hat einen schönen Strand mit toller Beachbar (La Duna), die zum Glück schon geöffnet hatte. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, noch eine Bar, weiter entfernt eine Pizzeria. Ansonsten nichts. Bummeln in dem Ort ist nicht, worauf wir uns schon eingestellt hatten. Ansonsten war zu unserer Zeit vieles noch geschlossen. Ein Auto ist daher ein Muss, denn zum nächsten Strand bzw. Ortschaft mit Tourismus fährt man eine Weile. Insgesamt wirklich top, sehr entspannend und empfehlenswert! Danke Maria!

Die Villa war wunderschön und wie im Bilderbuch. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und mega gut zu erreichen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Einfach nur genial. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In dem Örtchen ist nicht viel geboten. Ideal zum Entspannen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Der Blick auf die Bucht und Tertenia ist einmalig. Nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wunderschöner Sand, warmes Meerwasser. Mit Kindern perfekt. Ruhig. Wenig los. Ein kleiner Supermarkt gleich ums Eck der alles hat, was man braucht. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Vor allem auch die Küche. Schöne große Bäder. Stimmungsvoll dekoriert alles. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und einfach schön. Eine Oase für eine Auszeit! Eine kleine Bar ist auch gleich in die Ecke mit tollen drinks und cocktails. Eine Eisdiele mit den Berg runter. Ausflüge in Süden sind auch gut machbar. In ca. 1-2 Stunde erreicht man viele interessante Ziele. Unsere Highlights waren eine Bootsfahrt mit einem motorisierten schlauchboot die Küste entlang. Und die Küstenstraße von Cagliari nach Villasimius. Strände, Buchten und glasklares Wasser, wie in der Karibik. Kurz zusammengefasst: Ein Traum von einem Haus und ein unvergessliches Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage am Hang mit Garten und Außengrill, sehr sauber und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gibt es leider nur einen kleinen Supermarkt, Lokalitäten im Sep. teilweise schon geschlossen. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, nach Tertenia geht der Weg voll steil bergauf, mit dem Fahrrad nicht leicht. Tertenia ist leider kein sehenswerter Ort.

Wir waren vom 22.08. bis 05.09.2020 in Tertenia. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub im „Baia House“. Unser Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und äußerst hochwertig. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Pool über die Bucht ist wunderschön. Das Team um Maria und Stefania ist äußerst aufmerksam, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison bien conçue et aménagée avec goût. Bonne communication avec Maria. Les chambres en sous sol n'ont aucune vue mais sont confortables et propres. Pisciniste/jardinier et technicien assez souvent présent pour s'assurer que tout soit bien géré. Video surveillance sur chaque côté de la maison. Peu d'intimité mais une prestation très correcte. Check out à 9h30 et on comprend qu'il ne faut pas trainer.
