“Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. “Amazing hotel .could not fault it.Beautiful gardens.Room very spacious and comfortable with pleasant balcony.many comfortable places to sit and relax. Meal times were busy but only to be expected with a latge hotel. Good choice of pools. Huge choice of food.”

“Ich war von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Verständigung in englischer Sprache sehr gut. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Speiseauswahl und Service ebenfalls sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil. Das Hotel liegt nicht am Strand. Aber es gibt einen Shuttle-Service.”

“Mit dem genießbaren Essen war es das auch schon. Alles ist auf russische Pauschalgäste ausgelegt. Billiger Fusel, keine Klimaanlage (im ganzen Hotel kaputt), die Spezialitätenrestaurants geschlossen, alles sehr heruntergekommen und kein Lächeln zu sehen. Die Disco bis 3 Uhr findet am Pool statt. Schlafen kann man knicken. Der Ort ist auch nur darauf ausgerichtet. Schade , denn Lage und Pools sind toll.”
