I love the Rum Roof restaurant for its food and its views of Tbilisi. It's also suitable for meetings and working; but so too is the room because it was quiet and comfortable. I was on the 7th floor with views of Liberty Square, the city, and the hills.

Cheerful and comfortable.Beginning to show its age
The hotel is brilliantly situated by Freedom Square and the bus from the airport stops 500m away. The staff are helpful, the decor bright and the proper coffee always on offer in the lobby a welcome presence. I will certainly return. The rooms are bright and well set out. They are just beginning to show their age. My bedroom chair in 306 had a broken arm rest which had been covered with sacking rather than replaced and was actually quite dangerous.

A super hotel just off Freedom Square, close to Rustavelli and the Old Town. The staff are so helpful and kind. I loved the complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby when you return. Breakfast is very good also. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel design is charmingly whimsical. Cartoon sheep lead the parade. The lobby even has a kids' area. Breakfast was fine; staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was unusually comfortable. The hotel is a stone's throw distant from Freedom Square; he major museums ands the Old City are all walkable.

Fantastic place to stay!
Fantastic hotel with very nice rooms and great staff. The only downside was the noise from the bar next door, but in such a great central location you have to expect some noise! Tbilisi is a beautiful city and this hotel is a great place to stay to see it.

I will go again!
The town is totally cool. Great people, food and wine - fun to walk around. Hotel was central which made it easy. The staff were exceedingly helpful in booking me a discounted ride to the airport at 2AM.

Beautiful facility. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was good. I did make an assumption when I read “laundry” and I thought there would be a machine I could access. My son and I are on two week journey with minimal luggage and washing clothes as needed. We had some clothing washed and the service was excellent but kind of expensive. We did some washing in the sink which was complicated because the sink has no stopper, an inverted drinking glass does the trick. Anyway, love this place. And a lot of things just a short walk away.

Really nice hotel. Bar and breakfast very good and staff were helpful. Only have two complaints - one I thought the transfer was a lot. Yandax cost me $10 but with the hotel it was $35. Other issue is I didn’t sleep well. The air con doesn’t work and is set on a constant heat coming out which I found too hot. The bar next door also played loud music (booming loud) until 2am on a Sunday night.

Our hotel has good central location in historical part of Tbilisi, in Old town, where a lot of bars and restaurants are located, as it is a popular touristic area. Very nice
Really nice hotel, with excellent service, walking distance to all the main attractions of Tbilisi. There's a private parking very close nearby which is very convenient.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town
The hotel is very new and clean, excellent and courteous staff, centre of the town, old Tbilisi. The breakfast is sumptuous and even has slight variation everyday. We there is something for everyone, the vitamin booster and home made yogurt were awesome, so were the hot food spread with a mix of local and international. The reception staff were very attentive, highly recommend staying here. Thank you one and all at Ibis Tbilisi.

This is an overrated Hotel. It finds its listing on top not due to popularity but being an advertised listing it pops up on the top so do not be misled. Its a very basic hotel with small rooms and tiny toilets
