Hello, Thank you for your kind words. We would like to make a few remarks about your comment:1. There is nothing to be careful about cleaning the rooms. We clean rooms upon request and if not, every third day. You may have stayed in 5 star hotels for long days and even they don't clean room every day, unless requested so. So it's highly strange you are commenting negatively about cleaning rooms every day for a Boutique hotel.2. about our breakfast- we have 4/5 + types of vegetable dishes, 2 dishes made out of eggs, additional custom omelette, sausages, 3 types of cold cut meats and not mentioning biscuits, bio jams, cheese, butter and rest of food. Most of food is homemade and bio (including fruit jams). We would appreciate your explanation of what could have been different, considering amount of options we offer to our guests. If those options are not good enough for you, we advise only visit 5star hotels, so that you have diversity (but you were complaining about the price). But according to your comment re cleaning, you would not be happy about it as well.3. As for reception, important is they support guests as much as possible, rather than giving fake smiles... If you require bottled water, you may purchase it, when you go to a budget hotel - you should not expect everything to be included in price. 2. Hotel is located in the historical part of Tbilisi, which is located on the Mountain and this is Tbilisi's geological location. It is disappointing that small hill reflects your negative comment.
