We enjoyed staying there and felt comfortable due to big pool and beautiful beach. They provided rental many tools for beach events. And lounge gave us beautiful scenery and slow time pass. If we can visit Guam again, we will choose same hotel.

We stayed at the PIC hotel for 7 days.The pool was great, there were activities every day, plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids were also happy with the one day kids club experience, where they could have fun with kids from different countries.

Our stay at PIC Guam was fantastic! The staff everywhere were incredibly kind and attentive. On our last day, we had dinner at the Bistro, and the waitress there had such a warm smile and wonderful service—it made our meal especially enjoyable. We also loved the circus show, the Kids Club, and all the pool activities. Everything was fun and memorable. We’d love to come back again!

I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC.

Check-in was delayed by two hours because the room wasn't ready. This was due to the hotel's circumstances. I requested a late check-out and they gave me permission, but if I hadn't requested one, there would have been no compensation. It's a money issue, so they should have dealt with it properly! Also, I could have requested a late check-out, but I ended up waiting for two hours, which was a hassle considering we only had a limited amount of time on our trip.

This resort treats its guests like suckers. Dangerous, hard balls are floating everywhere in the pool, and adults are throwing them around wherever they want, even in areas with many children, without any staff intervention. If you get hit by a ball, they just send you to the hospital with their insurance, and you're told to pay for your own medication. The room condition is the worst, and cleaning is so shoddy that there's still trash on the floor even after it's supposedly cleaned. The new towels they brought had bloodstains on them. I was horrified to see clumps of hair on the floor as soon as I entered the room. The food was tasteless, and the dishes were dirty. This is the worst resort that treats its guests like suckers. I never want to go back.

ファミリー層には、適したホテルです。プールがいくつかあるので、楽しめます。 フロントから客室までが遠いBエリアでした。ので、少し不便でした。 Bエリアに入ると少し匂いが…配管？なのか古い匂いが気になりました。 朝食は、種類が豊富でしたが、フルーツが少なく残念でした。 ホテルのリッチは、目の前がABCストアなので便利です。 Kマートも歩いて15分？くらいです。 ドンキの無料シャトルバスがあるので、よかったです。 小さなお子様がいる旅行には、何かと便利なホテルでした。
