Family Fun
We had an amazing time at this property with our adult children and grandchildren. Kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. House was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for the time we were there. Bryant was very accommodating and was always available if needed. Thank you for letting our family have a great vacation!!

What an awesome visit!
I travel to Tampa often for work and usually stay in a hotel, but on this trip, my teenage daughter was coming down for a weekend in the sun. This house could not have been more perfect, specifically the fantastic pool (as described, it really is an oasis) and the great amount of space and amenities. Also, if you're a runner (or enjoy biking/walking), the close proximity to the Bayshore path is awesome, less than a half mile away. Hyde Park Village is also ideal for restaurants and shopping and is less than 10 minutes away by car. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Tampa. I know we are already looking forward to the next visit here!

Amazing vacation, I'm coming back
First I would like to start off with saying how great our vacation was due to how nice our stay was at this house. The house was walking distance from multiple restaurants Park's, Bayshore boulevand and fishing pier. The neighborhood and street was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better location in south Tampa. The property was amazing, the pool was to die for. The house was spotless clean and had a beachy vibe. It was easy to kick my feet up and relax. The spare pool house in the back was a nice extra space and was very up-to-date. The house itself is a lot bigger than what it seems on pictures. Me and my family had a great time here and we will definitely be back. Im already planning my next stay at this house! I recommend this property to anyone who is staying in Tampa.

Clean house, great location!
We had a great time at this property. The communication with the property manager is top notch. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house has everything you need, kids had a great time in the pool. Location can’t be beat with proximity to Ballast Point, Bayshore, shopping, restaurants, etc…

Little paradise
We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked and all the appliances were newer. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Once Bryant showed us how to operate the heating system for the pool and hot tub it was easy to manage. Bryant was very quick to respond to any questions we had. There was 4 adults sharing the house but would be very accommodating for a family as well. I would highly recommend this property as the location and host were great!

Tampa Family Thanksgiving
This home was the perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving gathering, where we came together from all up and down the East Coast. The location is great for Tampa Ballast Point and to other locations along the Bay and downtown Tampa The pool was fun to have as was the Foosball table. Comfy beds and really nice master bathroom. Bryant was a great host - very accommodating and good communicator. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful property and home, but disappointed in overpromise and underdelivery
This property was beautiful and the owner was quick with communication, so we were excited to rent here. However, before we even signed the contract, we asked specific questions about the pool heating capabilities and whether we could set the temp at 85. The response was "ok, not a problem." Once we checked in, the owner showed us how to operate the spa and pool and that is when we found out that you could only heat one at a time, not both, and that we should let him know when we wanted to use the spa and he would turn it on remotely. Throughout our three day rental, he was very hesitant to keep the gas on to get the pool up to temperature and then started telling us that google recommends a lower temp, it is expensive to run the gas, etc. My response to him was, "We asked about setting it to 85 before we even booked and you responded with ok, not a problem. Now you are saying you don't want to do that after we are already here." Bottom line, he did turn up the heater for us on the last day, but then turned it off remotely after a couple of hours because I guess he decided we had enough time. We specifically picked the property because of the pool and spa and were disappointed that in a three day timeframe, we got a couple of hours of use and were cut off to cut corners. We expressed our disappointment after the rental was over (and during the stay) and he did credit us a small amount, but it would have been more cost effective for him to run the gas and let us enjoy what we paid for in the first place. We have our own heated pool at home and we are not new to how it works or what it costs to run. This could have easily been a 5 star review if he didn't cut corners on the one thing we actually picked the house for.

Hi Lisa, You came in on a one day booking in which I allowed you to enter the property 3 hours early since you were complaining about your last VRBO not being up to your standards either. As I explained to your husband, the pool's equipment runs from 10a-10p, of that time the heat runs 6 hours. I showed your husband a few times the pool at 85° as you asked but that didn't seem good enough for you. The heater has an auto shut off when it reaches its set temperature just like an ac. You also visited on the coldest days in FL, asking that I run the heat all night long, and refused to use the spa that heats up much quicker than the pool (to 103°). I refunded you money only to try and make you happy, but should've have known nothing would since you were complaining the minute you arrived about another host.

Lovely and convenient
Just as described and photographed. Would note that the 3rd bedroom (w bunk beds) was in coach house. No problem for us as our kids are college age. It was perfect for us visiting our youngest kid during University of Tampa Family Weekend. Very homey. Everyone enjoyed the pool. A few blocks from boulevard drive for nice walk along the bay. Would stay again.

Hi Catrina, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I'm truly sorry about the hot tub in the master bathroom, it does work you to have to flip a switch. As for the spa on the pool we don't run it in the summer months. Wish you would've reached out during your stay.

This property truly has it all! It’s very well taken care of and clean. Modern with so many amenities. The pool and out door space creates an environment of peace and relaxation. We enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful rental in the Tampa area
We truly enjoyed our time at this house. Everything was exactly as the photos showed. We used the pool daily. I liked that the kitchen was so spacious & had all the small appliances we typically use daily. I would recommend that the owner buy some more dishes. There was only a set of six & we were a group of six. Unfortunately, the sharp knives were very dull & we ended buying some new ones. We also purchased some cutting boards as we could as we couldn’t find any there. Also, the silverware could have been a better quality. These are all minor issues that can make this property an A Plus. We are very thankful that that Bryant was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Tampa area! Thank you Bryant!

Me & 5 friends came for a girls get away. The house was big enough for all of us and the location was great. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Friendly owner who was very nice to work with. If we needed anything it was there in no time.

Beautiful Home!
This Tampa home was absolutely beautiful and just what my family and I needed for our weekend getaway. The pool in the backyard was perfect for our kids, they did not want to leave! The screened-in porch allowed the adults to relax while we kept a close eye on the kids swimming. Bryant was so helpful and always quick to repond when we needed anything. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful home for relaxing vacation
This was our first venture out of state in 3 yrs, and we were wanting a relaxing spot to unwind as well as meet up with our daughter and her family, and meet our new granddaughter. This property was amazing! We did have a couple questions and the owner consistently answered immediately! The pool was a welcome relief to the heat and was well taken care of. All the major stores were close and easy to access. I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in Tampa!

The house was so beautiful in the inside had everything we needed as far as toiletries,towels anything for the kitchen. The owner also asked if we had small kids and placed some small toys out for my two-year-old so very thoughtful of them. The best experience and such a wonderful neighborhood near the beach ! Great value, great location
Great location for getting around Tampa, especially to Downtown. Area has a great park that is walkable, everything you could need is 5 minutes drive including a Target. Price was very reasonable for the size, number of bedrooms and washrooms. Pool can be just a bit chilly if it's not a hot day, but it's wonderful with the little waterfall. The enclosed screened porch with a TV was great for watching a show at night, with the pool lit up.

Long weekend getaway
We came down for a long weekend to check out colleges. Bryant was a great host. Our flight landed early and he was more than happy to let us in early. The pool was a bit chilly but refreshing after a day at Busch Gardens. We will definitely stay here again.
