Extremely unfair rating by this guest. Everything that she asked assistance for was specifically outlined in the instructions where all other guests were easily able to discern. Myra made absolutely no mention of ANY other issues in my home. Had she read my reviews, she would have easily seen that I always happily bend over backwards to accommodate my guests. I would have brought over WHATEVER kitchware she needed, if ONLY she had communicated it to me. This is so unfair to just attack my business this way, when I could have easily rectified all her issues in short order. Very disappointing. All I can do is keep being the best host I can be despite the occasional mistreatment.

There's nothing misleading about my listing. It's clearly defined as the forth bedroom a den/sofa sleeper. Problem is some guests don't read the details before they book. They then want to penalize the host for their own mistake. This is indeed the case in this situation. Had she read the details, she would have saw that and then could have chosen to book elsewhere.

Susan, I'm disappointed to see I didn't meet or exceed your expectations during your recent stay. The internet in my home is FIOS Fiber Optic 500mbs. That is a superfast connection, able to handle countless wireless devices without any lag time. What you could have been experiencing is the router needing a reboot to correct any latency issues. You never mentioned this to me so I wasn't aware. As for the batteries in remotes, there's a total of 10 remotes in the home. It's only natural that they would periodically fail. Had you asked me to bring replacements I would have gladly responded with new ones. The screened patio area , unfortunately has to double as a storage due to the home having no storage area so I apologize for not having a more usable space in the back. That said, I do have balconies on the 2nd and third level where one can sit outside to enjoy their morning coffee. Lastly, I am constantly counseling my cleaning staff on on the importance of attention to detail. A host businesses' success relies heavily on the quality of his cleaning staff. Unfortunately, this is the one area where consistency occasionally misses the mark. I make every attempt to follow-up to check their work but sometimes it's not possible. I have to put my trust in that they are doing a good job each and everytime. I take all of this critisom as a learning lesson to always try to improve my services. I can only try to do a better job than the last time, which I will continue to do.

That's a pretty unfair rating for a streaming TV issue which is typically due to guests not fully understanding the instructions. It was never mentioned to me after the first time and had it persisted, as I do with all my guests who have difficulty figuring it out, I would have went to the property to solve the issue. Nothing else was mentioned about it, however. Nevertheless, these are the challenges with always trying to be perfect for your guests. It's just not possible.
