This is the perfect home with an incredible view! With a huge backyard overlooking a lake, this backyard is equipped with outdoor dining, BBQ pit, AND kayak. Whether you're bringing family to enjoy all Tampa has to offer or are looking for a quiet getaway, our home offers great location, views, and amenities.

This newly renovated tropical retreat includes amenities such as: Beautiful waterfront backyard patio, private dock, Grill, Outdoor dining, and High Speed Internet. Your group will find ample space for dining, with two dining tables (one indoor and one outdoor) and seating for all guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The cozy living room features a smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. In the remaining two bedrooms you’ll find queen sized beds. All bedrooms have smart TV’s and large closets for storage. The relaxing backyard creates a great mood with its beautiful patio pavilion. Your large group can relax by the water, cook dinner on the grill and then dine with a tropical view, in the privacy of this beautiful outdoor area.

Tampa Gem on the Lake
This was a lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We very much enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake from the patio where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. This home is so close to shopping, food, Walmart and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped and clean. We did have a day when the WiFi was down (none of the gals there are very tech savvy) so I contacted the owner via the VRBO App, spoke to a person who assured me he would check with the Tampa team immediately and call us back with an update. We were able to get WiFi back on our own just by unplugging the router from the wall, waiting a bit then plugging it back in, but we never did receive a call back from VRBO with a solution to the problem. Other than that tiny glitch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this home again!

Neighborhood Property on quiet lake, clean and updated
The pictures tell the story, great property, clean and updated with new appliances, 3 smart TVs, Grill, Washer and dryer and three bedrooms. Backyard overlooks a large lake... quiet working class neighborhood with lots of parking. Fully stocked kitchen, grill and both outdoor and indoor areas for family dinners. Owner was responsive and professional. Would re-visit and recommend to others.

Convenient Cozy House
This house was conveniently located to the Tampa Airport, shopping, and restaurants. Clearwater and BayCare Baseball park were also easily reached. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood enjoying barbecues and the lake view in the backyard. The communication with the host was excellent!

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful time here. The weather was great and the kids really enjoyed fishing in the lake. We were very close to everything. Grocery store and Wal-Mart very close to house. Went to the Aquarium and Honeymoon Island state park, Cypress Point to see a beautiful sunset over the water. We would love to come back next time we come down to visit family. Very convenient to my son's house also.
