Quiet and lovely experience in a charming, private pool home
We booked this Vrbo for a quick overnight stay in Tampa after a concert, and it exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was quaint—mostly working-class and very safe—making us feel right at home. The location was conveniently just a short Uber ride from Raymond James Stadium. The interior of the house was so well-appointed it felt like we were stepping into a brand new home. What really took our breath away was the backyard; it was significantly larger than it appeared in photos, featuring a beautiful expansive yard with a pool, hot tub, and a cozy outdoor dining area. The weather was perfect, enhancing our evening spent outdoors. The house offered the most comfortable beds, and the room with the two beds had blackout curtains, which were perfect for a restful night's sleep. We had no issues with noise at all. The host was exceptionally kind and communicative, making every interaction a pleasure. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay—we couldn't have asked for more! Special thanks to the hosts and cleaning team. It was truly a special experience of core memories.

Great Stay in Tampa
The home is very nice. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Although the hot tub didn't work for a day, the property managers worked to get the matter fixed and resolved. Very nice time!

it’s super clean and nice, close to the city and beaches, dog beach close, it seems a bit dodgy at the entrance, in actuality it was lovely, best view, there are a lot of police in the area, I did stay vigilant, it seems like an up & coming area, enjoy!

Great Location
This location was perfect for a work trip I had. The house was clean and very comfortable. The private pool and hot tub were both clean and great to use while I was there. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend stay at the Hubert ave house! The property was just perfect! We enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient to downtown and had a lot of fast food and a Publix close by. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because there was no communication of a 400 dollar hold placed on my account upon check in for incidentals. I wish it would have been communicated it would be so large. Host was very responsive. Would stay there again!

Perfect experience for our family (2 adults and a 7-yr-old); close to everything we needed and the pool was great for relaxing/unwinding after a day out and about. Easy to communicate with property manager for needs.

The house is cute and quiet mostly. (We got in late and there was a couple fighting across the street) not the owners fault at all. The king bedroom fan was missing the remote and we were unable to use it. We had to buy a fan. The AC will adjust to 75 -76 every few hours. After a hot day in florida we would come "home" and have to wait for it to cool down. The pool was a great feature. The hottub the guest does not have control over. Having to text to have it turned on and wait for the response and then wait for it to heat up was a bit inconvenient. The owners were usually fairly quick to respond. The refrigerator.... either needs replaced or turned to a colder setting. Drinks were barely cooler than room temp. Milk for our toddler we had to keep in the cooler to stay cold. The freezer took 2 days to freeze water bottles. We had a good stay overall. I do however feel there are areas of opportunity.

This was a nice clean house in a quiet area, we enjoyed the stay. the only issue we saw was the triangle shaped shade cover at the end of the pool was pulled loose from the house when we arrived.

Charming Tampa Home
My family and I spent a long weekend here and had an amazing time. It’s a great location, centrally located, it seemed to take about 20 minutes or less to get anywhere in the Tampa area. The home was clean and very comfortable. The backyard pool and hot tub was everything we were hoping for! Thanks to Lexi for all the hospitality and especially your help when our flights were canceled! Hope to stay here again!!!

Comfy beds, disappointed with communication
My friends and I enjoyed the back yard pool area very much. The beds were comfortable and location made it easy to access Tampa. The neighborhood looks to be updating but there were some run down homes and buildings near by. Communication was fine until it was needed when we left the property.

Backyard Paradise
I was a little nervous about the neighborhood because they had junk curbside when we arrived. It was picked up in a few days. The house is located close to grocery stores, places to eat, shopping and Picnic Island which has a dog park so the dogs can play and swim. The backyard is perfect with heated pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this property!! We hope to come back next year!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Plenty of kitchen supplies and a great set up. Kevin & Lexy went out of their way and even installed a tv in the master bedroom for me. They went the extra mile ! The backyard was my " Oasis" with the beautiful pool & waterfall..as well as the coy pond, which fascinated my granddaughter to no end. I would definitely stay here again..also great location for accessing everything I needed. Thanks again !!

Southern hospitality with all the amenities of outdoor entertainment..
Property was very clean inside and out. Incredible upgrades for small home. Landscaping improvements needed on the back and front yard. Property fencing provided some privacy while enjoying backyard activity, but seemed somewhat to close for moderate music or late night fun. Overall great stay for my family.
