"I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!"

"Cute decor and clean inside. Beds were comfy. No issues, just wish the parking lot and grounds were maintained better...lots of trash."

"Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday. The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again."

"Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay."

"Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. "Unique bilevel home. The shower downstairs in the out house setting is so relaxing that I am getting one for my home. Unique pieces of furniture throughout. The outdoors is peaceful, relaxing with three tiers of sitting places and 1 picnic area with two grills. Absolutely will want to rent again."
