We'd stay there again
Good value. Room was clean and quiet and the location is convenient to three different train line stations, within walking distance of shopping and night markets. Surrounded by many good restaurants for every budget. Front desk staff went out of their way to provide timely answers to our questions. As others have noted, the shower has no curtain, which makes using the toilet an adventure if you don't wipe the floor or commode when your shower is done. WiFi can be spotty or fast depending on the time of day.

Simple but comfy & clean room
The room was simple but perfect for my need, which was a central place to stay on a 1 night stopover in Taipei. I just needed a comfy bed and a place to shower and clean up, and this fit the bill. The room is very simple but really provided everything I needed, a twin bed, a small desk, and a shared bathroom & shower. AC would've been nice but was not necessary with the fan in the room, however my one request / piece of advice would be to provide a top sheet as well as the thick comforter. With only a fan in the room the comforter was way too heavy, but I prefer to sleep covered so a sheet would've made it more comfortable. Front desk staff were great. Even though one guy was new and still figuring things out, he went out of his way to be as helpful and friendly as he could.

Property was a bit difficult to find for someone who has never been there. The entrance does not look like you are entering a hotel. You have to pass through an apothecary to get to the lifts. The lobby of Ours Inn 2 is actually on the third floor. Once you are there, the facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and greets you when you leave and return. Their English skills are a bit limited, but they tried their best to converse with you. Overall I had a good stay and well worth the price.

Great find in Taipei. I must admit it is difficult to find but once inside its a wonderfully clean hotel, nice rooms, great staff and amenities and centrally located. I am staying again upon my return to Taipei.

This is a nice and decent place to crash and the staff is also helpful and kind. They didn't change sheets so better ask them to make sure they do. Washrooms are kinda small and get wet easily. I chose the windowless room and felt kinda claustrophobic not waking up with any natural light. Also it gets kinda humid quickly. Highly recommend if you just need somewhere clean and temporary to crash a night and are low on budget. But don't go here if you are traveling with your significant other. Location is great. Walkable from Taipei station and Zhongshan and lots of nice places to eat.

Very nice, although compact rooms
Located in the middle of town, about 10 minutes walk from the main train station there are two Oursinn Hotels, both located on the same street, Linsen Road. This one is about 3 blocks further away from the train station. Odd entrance, located in what appears to be a lower floor of an apartment building, you have to watch for the sign on the street as the entrance is hard to notice. Enter a hallway without any signs for the hotel and go to the 3rd floor and the elevator opens onto the lobby. A very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and with high end beddings although the rooms are tiny. Wifi is fast but apparently dependent on usage as it slowed significantly during busy times. The hotel has 3 fire escapes, very nice to have in a town where the hotels on occasion don't have fire escapes at all. Our room didn't have any windows, because of this we slept really late once as no sunlight reaches the room. Lots of food in the immediate vicinity. Helpful, English speaking staff. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel!
Nice hotel with good conditions - clean and comfortable. The staff is nice too! Just that it's quite far from the Zhongshan MRT Station, around 15 minutes of walking distance. Just that you need to know which Oursinn Hotel, there are Oursinn 1 and Oursinn 2. Perhaps the hotel should do 2 different review pages for these hotels

Good Location and room
VERY nice stay. Hotel is in a great location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They will send you directions to the hotel in an email, but be careful: Exit 4 is under construction until about June 2018, so use Exit 3, and walk straight ahead, with Exit 4 behind you. Then follow the directions as usual. I will stay there again when I travel to Taipei

The hotel is not far away from MRT station, and the security is well-managed. However, I found a small cockroach on my bed when I woke up in one of my stay. The cleanliness should be improved.

Do not get a windowless room
Water pipe burst in the middle of the night at 5 am, waking everyone up with the fire siren. The management then resettled us in its unlicensed outlet. Oh and def pay more for a room with windows unless you wish to experience solitary confinement. The only upside was that the male staff was nice and professional.
