"This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star customer service. Being on the last leg of our trip in Taiwan, we are very glad we booked this hotel to end our trip on. The staff were attentive, helpful, and provided us with an amazing experience overall. The location is very convenient and quiet. The only complaint we have was that we noticed ventilation was not very good in our room and it smelt strange and stuffy, with a mould patch on the wall. Otherwise we had an amazing experience. "

"We were greeted with afternoon tea which was really nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. They even drew a diagram of where the bottled water was placed in the room (the refrigerator and water was inside a wall cabinet that we had not noticed). "Checked in quickly. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room due to Expedia Gold benefits. Hotel was very sweet to arrange a birthday cake for my husband. Breakfast was not bad but with limited options of 3 types only with a small salad bar and limited bread options. You can also self service, orange juice, milk or coffee.
