"Spacious and well equipped 3 bed, 3 bath. Loved the cozy fireplace both inside and on the patio. Tv was difficult to operate and without instructions. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Grounds were in some disrepair and hot tub we were directed to was very dirty and full of debris. Main pool hot tub was great though. Love the convenience of the village. "

"The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. "The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"Really nice rooms at an affordable price. Breakfast was free and had a lot of options. My main problem was that there was no way of turning the fan in the bathroom off and it was on 24/7 and loud. I also didn't realize there would be a $10/day parking fee. No Hulu on the TV as an fyi if that's a subscription you use. "

"Fantastic location for winter sports enthusiasts. At 58 years old, location to chairlift/gondolas is a game changer. Also, access to the recreation center for Hot Tubbing and swimming helped these old knees out! Simple, Practical Tranquil and Accommodating best describe the Condo. Plus, the Host was accessible and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend it."

"A girlfriend and I were in the Truckee area for a painting workshop. We came home each night exhausted from lugging our art equipment and standing on our feet each day. This condominium was warm, comfortable and perfect to come home to. Marcus was attentive to answering any calls with questions we had about the property and area. In addition, there is a welcome book with information about the property and Truckee area that was helpful. The deck had beautiful views of the mountains and a small bit of Lake Tahoe, and looking the other way, views of the hill this condominium is set on. The condominium was better equipped than any other place I have stayed. I can't even begin to list everything they had. I suspect you will miss nothing. The decor was a combination of mountain and fun, quirky touches. There were door stops that resembled people looking like they were crawling out from under the door. I can think of nothing I would want for, and nothing I would change, save for climbing the stairs to the second floor after a long day of painting. I wouldn't even change this, as it is why the views were spectacular."
