I’m in Tahlequah each year for the Cherokee National Holiday and I ALWAYS try to stay at this property. There are many others to choose from but this one is always the cleanest, staff is very gracious and I will continue to stay at this propert.

Only problem was the elevator was not operating for our 3 day stay and we were on the 3rd floor. Otherwise it was a nice and friendly hotel.

The hotel was clean , good lighting in the parking area, breakfast was good. Employees were polite and helpful. Bed was wonderful . Rooms are showing some wear but is better than most hotels in Tahlequah. Lots of road construction going on close but was still pretty easy to get too. This was my second stay and I will be staying here again!

When there are only 8 rooms rented for the night, it’d be great if I didn’t wake up to someone directly above me. Are you kidding me?! Don’t stack rooms up if you don’t HAVE to. Terrible customer service.

No coffee pot in room. It did have a refrigerator and a microwave. I did not think for 150.00 a night the room was that nice. The pool was freezing could not even get in. The ladder to the pool was rusty. Housekeeping knocking on my doorat 7:45 am.

Excellent Hotel

The bed was amazing. The employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only negative was the rubber feet on the handicapped shower chair were worn and needed replaced.

Nice room

Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool but the water was pretty cold. Breakfast could have been better. The hotel was in a convenient place for what we wanted.

I never saw a server in 3 days. Eggs were subpar. I was told Best Western took out all the coffee makers. The elevators had been out for a month according to desk clerk. No donuts.

We stayed 2 nights for the bluegrass festival. Hotel was conveniently located for that. The room has a bit of a musty smell. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to keep up when taking a shower and caused a lot of humidity in the room. There appeared to be mold above the shower wall. All the staff we encountered were very nice.
