The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!

Great property for a convention, group event, or weekend in São Paulo but not a safe neighborhood for walking. The TAXI stand is just outside the lobby and it feels a world away from the safety of the hotel. Great restaurant on site, but the bar was closed for some weird reason when we stayed.

The safe in our room did not work. After the problem was escalated to the management they had to bring in a new safe as the old one was beyond repair. The TV remote control did not work. The shower door was crooked and did not close properly. The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. Housekeeping was nonexistent. They just would not clean our room unless we complained to the management. The street noise could be heard inside the room no matter what floor your room was on. We would not come back to this hotel.

Gostamos do atendimento da portaria. Todos sempre atenciosos e nos ajudaram, no que foi possível. Faziam limpeza todos os dias. O hotel é antigo e os quartos são EXTREMAMENTES GELADOS. Minha família e eu passamos muito frio, apesar das cobertas. O piso não é amadeirado nem existem aquecedores. Não vá pra lá nos dias mais frios..

Experiência ruim.

Selecionei o quarto familia, quarto com manete do chuveiro não ficava na posição para o banho, sem shampoo, luz não ligava em alguns pontos, solicitamos reposição de shampoo e não foi feita. Estacionamento consta como disponivel no site de reserva e na hora tem que pagar a parte, gerente franqueou quando questionado, já fiquei outras vezes quando ainda se chamava Novotel Jaraguá e não tive esses problemas.

Cheguei de cara me colocaram em um quarto , maior que tinha pago, mofo puro, aí pedi para mudar caso contrário iria mudar de hotel por conta próprio, aí arrumaram um daw grade, mas sem mofo, pedi cobertor 4 x não chegou, cofre quebrado , a chave desmagnetiza 2 X ao dia, horrível nunca mais volto lá , me hospedei por 25 anos quando era Novotel !
